LARGE-FORMAT SERIAL PRINTER

STRATASYS F900

Industrial 3D printer for volume and large-format production. The Stratasys F900 (formerly Fortus 900 mc) 3D printer uses FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) technology in an industrial version. The machine is a stand-alone production station and can be used to produce objects on an industrial scale. The F900 is an unrivalled machine suitable for efficient operation in a production facility.

Largest FDM 3D printer
Stratasys

Industrial format

The Stratasys F900 has one of the largest working areas available in FDM technology.

Working area

The space of 914 × 610 × 914 mm allows efficient and fast production of a series of products or large-scale objects.

Can print from 14 materials

The machine is compatible with 14 building materials. This makes it possible to produce objects with very different properties in one system.

Plastics

Amongst others, the device handles V-0 certified non-combustible materials: ULTEM 9085 and ULTEM 1010, biocompatible materials, flexible materials, high-strength materials and many more.

Accuracy and repeatability

High accuracy is achieved at a resolution of 25 micrometres.

Mechanism

An improved screw and roller mechanism guiding the print head with greater stability is responsible for the repeatability of the print.

Key benefits

The Stratasys F900 printer is compatible with 14 build materials. This enables us to produce objects with diverse properties within a single system.

Machine recommended for advanced prototyping and series production
The largest chamber popular among Stratasys 3D printers using FDM technology 914 × 610 × 914 mm
Compatibility with 14 materials: from standard thermoplastics to advanced and specialized materials with properties confirmed by certificates
Possibility to adjust the layer height: 0.178 mm, 0.254 mm or 0.330 mm – allows you to choose between high quality and extraordinary printing speed according to your current needs
Accuracy of built parts from +/-0.05 to +/-0.3 mm depending on the size of the model and the material used
Tightly closed working chamber ensuring printing stability and dimensional accuracy in every place of the working space
The support material can be dissolved or removed by easily breaking off (depending on the choice of building material)
